  1. 10 min to work to a heavy double of Snatch Balance

  2. 10 min to find a 1RM on Hang Snatch

WOD-

            Squat Clean                         185/115

            Strict Pull-up

 

COMPETITOR-

            OVHS @31X1; 3x3

             ~3 min rest~

 

Notes:

-Go for PR if Snatch feels good

-Grinder pace on the WOD
