SKILL-Push Press

SWOD- 1 Rep Max Push Press:   2 @ 85%, 2 @ 95%, 1 @ 100%, 1 @ 105%

WOD:

3 sets all out

8 thrusters heavy build per set

8 burpees AFAP

20 sec row all out

rest walk 4-6mins

 

Cash out is 1 mile run.  To the stop sign on willow and back.
