Warm-Up

Row/Run 400M

Olympic Wall squats

5-Snatch Lands

5-Snatch Balance

In the Snatch Grip, work on form dragging the bar down to above the knee and drving forward, working on squeezing the posterior chain.

 

WOD

A. heaving snatch balance build to a tough perfect single in 8mins

B. hang snatch build to a max in only 5 attempts in 12mins you may warmup as much as you want

C. death by clean and jerk 135/95# (You may PC)

-With a continuous running clock you do one Clean on minute 1, 2 cleans on minute 2, 3 cleans on minute 3 and so on until you hit failure………
