20-Wall Balls (Accumalation)

Push press x 1/jerk dip x 1/paused jerk x 2; rest 1:30mins x 3 (2sec pause at bottom of dip for the paused jerks)

-Use very light to moderate weight for the Jerk complex, this is meant to maintain form and speed and to warm up your shoulders for the Met Cons
