Run through the snatch and clean and jerk movements quickly and then get into the 20 min builds. Run through and check positions and get them going. The first 20 minutes will be a good warm up.
A. Snatch build to a tough single in 20mins
B. Clean and jerk build to a tough single in 20mins
3 PC and jerk 135#
increase by 3 reps every round
